First Trimester

Congratulations! If you’ve arrived here, you are either newly pregnant or planning a pregnancy and thinking ahead. The first trimester is a period of so many changes and developments – both for you and baby, both physical and emotional – so be prepared for a real roller coaster journey as your pregnancy symptoms appear and often change week by week! In our first trimester section you’ll learn what the symptoms mean, how to manage morning / pregnancy sickness or the tiredness that affects you in the first 12 weeks of your pregnancy, as well where to get help and support.

Second Trimester

Welcome to the gorgeous glowing phase! Your second trimester is when you really start to feel pregnant, and it becomes noticeable to others around you as your bump appears. For many it’s when you start to feel a lot better after the first trimester struggles and this shines through in your skin and hair too. Third Trimester

This is the countdown phase – the third and final trimester of your pregnancy is when reality really hits home! In these weeks you and baby will continue to grow and notice many changes, but you’ll also be thinking ahead and preparing for the labour, birth and life with your new baby.
