Our easy to follow courses and sessions will provide you with all the essential guidance to those issues that keep new parents awake literally.

From Sleep, to Feeding, Bathing and Hygiene, and of course not forgetting Health and Well Being of New Parents and Baby First Aid. We break it down in easy to follow steps using real parents with real experiences all backed up with leading paediatric expertise.

Postnatal Course Structure

A series of streamed on demand videos covering all the topics and questions above. Classes are divided into New Baby (0-6 months), and Established Baby (6-12 months). We will give you guidance on what to do when, what to look out for and a comprehensive guide to all the major developmental milestones from baby to toddler. Five subject sessions will be available to begin with:

Sleep

  • Positioning of baby within crib
  • Sleepwear / swaddling / sleeping bags
  • Bedtime routines – bed sharing
  • Sleep training – bedtime, self soothing, controlled crying, putting baby down awake
